Simon Cristal
Managing Director & Founder of SWC Partnership
Simon is an experienced international marketeer, having built a professional career working at London’s top advertising agencies, VCCP and BBH. In 2008, he founded SWC Partnership, a boutique marketing agency that specialises in helping international brands in Europe and North America; which subsequently was acquired by UP THERE EVERYWHERE in 2023.
Simon’s commercial, strategic, and creative background offers clients a genuine 360 perspective on their business and advice how best to navigate their marketing & brand.
During his career, he’s worked across both B2B/B2C brands throughout a range of industries, including Technology, SaaS, Manufacturing, Aviation/Travel, CPG/FMCG, Government & Defence.
His ethos is to have the right people on the right projects that result in the best outcome for clients. Simon’s leadership style resulted in SWC winning The Sunday Times – Best Places To Work in 2023, which demonstrates his balanced commercial and cultural approach to running successful companies.
