Andréanne Silén
Business Strategy Senior Consultant | Stockholm, Sweden
Andréanne is a strategic business leader with 20+ years of international experience within consumer goods, luxury and lifestyle brands. For 16 years, she held senior international roles in Sales & Marketing at Nestlé Nespresso, ranging from e-commerce manager, international brand manager to country manager with full P&L responsibility.
She established and grew the Nespresso business in Sweden from 2006 to 2016, leading an omnichannel strategy, focusing on the full customer experience.
She offers strong knowledge and a proven track record in new product development, brand management, e-commerce, retail, traditional and digital marketing.
Andréanne holds a MsC in International Management from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland. She is a Swiss national from Fribourg (French mother tongue), fluent in English, German and Swedish.
