She has broad experience in designing and leading talent and diversity projects, competence maintenance, and individual development programs. She is passionate about finding the synergy between people and organizational success.
Aida joins Alexander Westerdahl, VP of HR at Spotify; Fredrik Mellander, Head of Partnerships at HR company Teamtailor; and our very own Julian Stubbs, founder of UP THERE, EVERYWHERE. Sharon Green and Jesper Ek will be the events two co-hosts.
