Creative Managing Partner
Cordell is an experienced Creative Director/Art Director who has lead integrated creative departments at agencies such as OgilvyOne, Tequila (TBWA group), Saatchi & Saatchi and bigdog agency. Cordell's aim is to help solve complex marketing problems for clients with challenging products or services.
He’s produced on and offline creative work for clients such as Aviva, Barclays/Barclaycard, American Express, Prudential, IBM, BT as well as Pret a Manger, Mazda and Rightmove.
Also, he’s a member of the DMA Awards Committee, won many awards at Cannes, DMA (UK & US), Campaign, Brand Republic, Drum, Creative Circle, US Caples and been a regular judge at most of these events.

Kate has almost 20 years experience working within agencies in London and New York as a client service and strategic lead. Her expertise has been focused over the years to that of brand positioning and creative strategy for clients with particularly complex products and service offerings within the life science, medical device and tech start up space.
Working with clients over the years such as T Mobile, KCI Medical, Jumeriah, Polaroid, Hendricks gin, GE Healthcare Life sciences, Forbes Media, LGC and Veolia, Kate has touched a number of sectors across a range of markets. She is driven by her desire within UP to recreate the traditional agency model – putting the teams that are right to answer the client challenge, first.
Christos is a self-motivated Senior Client Service professional with over 20 years integrated Agency experience Christos has worked across a diverse set of agencies and clients; honing his skills and experience to allow him to drive businesses forward.
As a Head of Client Service & Senior Strategist, Christos is well versed in balancing brilliant client relationships, creating award-winning work, leading the strategic direction of his clients whilst delivering on the day to day tasks. Previousclients include Nike, Microsoft, Nintendo, Peugeot,Aviva, Rightmove, Barclays and Virgin Atlantic.
Branding & Communications. We help brands connect and engage by finding a unique voice in the market. From strategy and positioning, to logo and graphic design, to advertising campaigns, we produce identity and communications materials that build credibility, as well as sales.
